Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari asks party workers in executive meeting not to be in obligation to reply to criticism from opposition.

Executive meeting of the Delhi BJP’s, New Delhi, West Delhi, North-West, North East and Mehrauli Districts were held today. Pradesh President Shri Manoj Tiwari, Organization General Secretary Shri Siddharthan, Vice Presidents Shri Abhay Verma, Shri Rajiv Babbar and Smt. Shazia Ilmi, General Secretaries Shri Kuljeet Singh Chahal, Shri Ravinder Gupta and Shri Rajesh Bhatia, Secretary Shri Gajender Yadav and District Presidents Shri Anil Sharma, Shri Ramesh Khanna, Shri Vedpal Maan, Shri Ajay Mahawar and Shri Azad Singh besides District Incharge Dr. Anil Gupta addressed the meeting.

Shri Manoj Tiwari called upon the workers that in view of ensuing MCD elections they should go amongst the people and apprise them about the public service by the Municipal Corporations in spite of the adverse financial conditions. He said that this is the proof of our leadership in the Municipal Corporations and the hard work of the employees that they are providing sanitation, primary education, primary health services to the people even in adverse conditions. The workers and the councilors should adopt positive attitude and give their report card to the people about the work done in their areas. We are accountable to the people and under no obligation to reply to the criticism of the opposition party.

Speaking in the Executive Meeting of the New Delhi District Shri Manoj Tiwari said that we should take special care of Government colonies like R.K. Puram, Lodhi Colony, Andrews Ganj and develop parks, open gyms, local markets etc. and told the Councilors present on this occasion that the back lanes of all the colonies should be kept clean and they should also ensure that the small traders do no face any problem regarding conversion charges and trade license from the Municipal Corporations.

Addressing the executive meeting of North East District Shri Tiwari said that the Municipal Corporations should ensure that children of primary schools from the weaker section of society get healthy atmosphere and they should also provide all the facilities to make them literate.

Shri Tiwari said that the ensuing MCD elections will on the one hand assess the works done by the Corporations and on the other the people of Delhi will give their verdicts who are suffering from the mis-governance of Kejriwal Government. Hence the BJP workers will have to go door to door and highlight the corruption and nepotism of the Kejriwal Government.

Pradesh Organization General Secretary Shri Siddharthan stressed upon strengthening the organization and took the reports from the Districts about the organizational activities.
